Antique Buffalo Bill Silver Ingot

I came acroos this old silver ingot in Ireland where I live and wondered if any members had ever seen anything similar. It weighs well over 300 ounces, my scale maxes out. No hallmarks but I've tested it and its solid silver.

Hard to really say from the pictures, but from the styles, etc., it does not look especially old to me.

300 ounces of silver is worth some good, but I am not sure it has any special value otherwise unless it really is rare and desirable.

It looks like an extruded bar which means its not very old.

Cheers lads. Accurate weight is actualy over 1 lb. I suppose it must be modern but wasn't able to find any info doing a google search. Thanks again for the help.

Also, I had been investing in US gold coins, Indian's mostly, eagles and half eagles. I've been reading posts here a long time and still haven't figured out if silver ingots are a solid investment now or not? Silver seems pretty stabalized, any chance is going to rise in the next 12-24 months?
